After literally years of drawing a complete blank I came across Smalleys and we have been amazed by the service we have received from them. From the very start we have been immensely impressed with their knowledge, prompt, reliable and friendly service. We were on the point of giving up but Chris has managed to breathe new life into our old tub and dealing with this company has been an absolute pleasure. I cannot praise them enough.

I contacted the company about a fault code that indicated an issue with the impeller. They arranged collection instructing me how best to pack my pump, fixed it and replaced the housing free of charge as it got damaged in transit and couriered it back to me within a week. Fantastic communication and advised of price before committing to use.

We “inherited “ a hot tub after moving house and contacted Smalleys for a service. This was carried out in a pleasant but professional manner and we were given lots of useful advice on maintaining our tub as first time owners. We were also able to obtain supplies of chemicals and filters, which can be very confusing for beginners. We thoroughly recommend Smalleys and will continue to employ them.
