We had been really struggling with summers where the bedrooms in the roof were getting to 30+ degrees overnight in the summer, and simply not cooling down. Most providers just throw a standard quote at you but Shane looked at our house (it's a weird construction) and worked out what to do. We had installed three indoor units and a condenser outside, quickly and professionally and cleanly, at a competitive rate. We're going to have our first child very close to the first install date he gave us, so he very kindly moved other jobs to accommodate that.

Smart Air did an exceptional job when installing Air Conditioning into my Oak Framed house in Surrey. I would without hesitation recommend them. Shane installed a mini split in my home and did an excellent job. Since he is also an electrician and builder, he was very knowledgeable and able to complete the install quickly and professionally. Shane was brilliant from quote to completion. very tidy and considerate around my baby and toddler. When an unexpected issue occurred he explained it and already identified a fix causing no delay to service. He was very friendly and competitive prices offering the units appropriate for our needs. Almost a year on and can safely say all units are working perfectly for cooling and heating.
