Excellent experience with Shane from Smart Air & Electrical. Shane contacted us quickly & visited for an estimate. He followed up with a competitive quote & we went ahead. All along, we were kept well informed with regular updates about delivery of parts and agreed installation date. Shane was professional, polite & a gentleman to deal with. We now have a neat & tidy unit fitted & are very happy with every aspect of the installation from beginning to end. I would use again & recommend.

Got a cost effective quotation from SmartAir and extricated, From the time of putting order in i was kept in touch with installation date and Shane being an electrician, made installation one mane job and did not need another electrician Overall the job was done well and all the packing was removed

Shane was very responsive and demonstrated a passion for what he does. He even attempted to try and fix my old unit and didn’t charge me when it was clear the old unit was beyond repair. A very professional service at a very reasonable rate.

Absolutely perfect from first communication to final install. Nothing was too much trouble even after my incessant questions. Installation day Shane , Nick and Lewis worked tirelessly in the pouring rain to get my install done. It was a split system with two Daikin units indoors and an outdoor unit. The work was absolutely faultless , even to the point of them hoovering behind themselves. Although the job was completed Shane and Lewis came back for little snags that they wasn’t happy with, to my eyes it was perfect. Even my dog loves it now… Would recommend 100% without doubt.
