When our pump started leaking water one night during the July 2022 heatwave, I sent a very hopeful quote request, not expecting much as installations would be in high demand. I had a call back from Sean @ SASL first thing the next morning, saying the pump could be repaired, he had the part in the van and could be with us early afternoon. It seemed too good to be true but there he was, bang on time, swift, efficient and cost efficient fix (another provider offered to replace the pump for 3x the price) and advice on how to maintain going forward. Brilliant, highly recommend.
