  Superb Front Extension, Garage & Conservatory Conversion

  Five-star service for our front extension, garage conversion, and conservatory conversion. They replaced our old conservatory with a proper, high-quality extension and transformed our garage into a fully functional living space. The difference in quality and insulation in both areas is night and day; they are now warm, comfortable rooms we can use year-round.   Single Storey Extension & Studio Refurbishment

  We hired Smart Design & Construction Ltd for a single-storey extension, bathroom refurbishments, a new flat roof, an outhouse, and a full studio refurbishment. Channi, Guri, and their team turned our ideas into reality, delivering excellent quality on budget. Communication was clear throughout, and Channi offered expert advice and practical suggestions we hadn’t considered.
