The project manager, Sam, appeared stressed, dismissed concerns, and blamed us. Before Christmas, the team rushed, leaving scratches on our high-quality Italian gloss tiles. One worker did a perfect job below the bath, but another caused extensive damage above it. Mediation found in our favor, but they refused to fix it. If things go wrong, they lack professionalism. We cannot recommend them.
