Kitchen sink drain blocked
They spent 2 hours trying to unblock a drain with a plunger. They took off sink doors and fitted them back unevenly. They flooded the kutchen several times. They could not clear the drain as it "went into the ground "snd suggested I call a"good plumber". They charged £60. No plumber would take the job as they said I needed a drain specialist. Dyno Rod cleared it in 10 minutes! I handed a complaint letter to the boss in November 2022 and despite several attempts to speak to them regarding the issue they have ignored me.
Drain unblock for toilet
Professional service, came out quickly and sorted out my issue and left everywhere clean and today afterwards! Would recommend Thanks

Blocked domestic sewer
Excellent service from Smart Drain. I telephoned on Friday and by Monday afternoon the sewer blockage had been cleared. Matt, the engineer, was polite, friendly, efficient and professional. He explained exactly what he would do and invited me to look at the CCTV picture when he checked that all was well after he'd cleared the blockage. Reasonable price, quick response and excellent service, highly recomended.
Drain blocked
These guys were excellent! Came out this morning (phoned yesterday), unblocked the drain speedily and efficiently and at no charge because it was actually a Severn Trent issue. My neighbour and I were delighted with the whole thing and very grateful. Thank you.
Clear sewer and check reason for blockage using camera
I dont normally write reviews but felt the need to do one for Richard and the team at SmartDrain. I had a recurring issue with one of the sewers at my property and was in urgent need due to having children and parents at our house. Richard was super helpful and organised the lads to come round asap (within a few hours of request). The lads were honest and engaging showing me what the issue was and explaining what I need to do. They kept everything safe and tidy as well. The whole customer experience was exceptional. I would highly recommend Richard and the team.
Unblocked a Drain
They came from far on the agreed day (much quicker then other companies agreed to come) and did their job with no hassle!!!!
Relined and repaired old clay drains
Richard and his team did a great job. Really knowledgeable and carried out the work with a high degree of professionalism. Excellent job of making good and tidying up.
Drainage repair and groundwork
Smart Drain UK undertook a thorough and efficient job from start to finish. Richard came out to inspect site at short notice and advise on options. Richard and his team were very professional and understanding. They did excellent job of repairing drain manhole cover and reconnecting drains before undertaking infill with aggregate with minimal fuss and mess. A good job done all round. I would not hesitate to recommend Smart Drain UK as they experts in what they do!
