Wesley has been excellent during the whole process of getting a quote, arranging a suitable time with our tenant for the survey, carrying out the work. Wesley was able to talk through the report with us and ensure we understood all that he had found. Thankfully all was well and we needed to repairs at this time, if that changed Wesley would be the person we would contact.

Smart drains were professional and managed to give us a good price

Alex visited to assess our septic tank because we are moving house and we were unsure our tank meets the new regs. Our knowledge of septic tanks was zero. Contacted me quickly, came out quickly and job done at good price for my 83 year old Father

Came out really quickly and managed to find the problem (roots blocking drain) they managed to get the drains cleared and the price was reasonable. Also provided a quote to get a longer term solution to fix the problem. Would recommend.
