    Honest advice at no charge

    I wanted some soil pipes and rainwater ground pipes checked out before I laid some paving as two pipes had some cracks in them. Ben came over to check everything and to possibly quote but he advised instead of some diy fixes that I could easily sort myself and the issues weren’t too bad. He saved me money by giving me his honest opinion. I would definitely call Ben back for any drain issues in the future.

    Nick turned up the morning after reporting the issue, he was super helpful in identifying and explaining the issue we had with our drains. Turns out it was a bigger job for Thames water but I can confidently pass on the information. No charge as well 👍🏻

    Very happy with the fast response and very clear and detailed break-down of the costs involved in clearing the blocked drains on our driveway. The company quickly and efficiently did the work they were able to and then gave me the information I needed to contact the water board.

    Great company, good can do attitude

    Very good service, repairs carried out in for short time frames. Very professional looking and can fully equipped for the team they were performing. Only downside was asking for the money the second the job was completed. Felt this ruined the experience and took the shine of the professional finish.
