Called Gavin at Smart Drainz - blocked soakaway with rainwater not draining (Rowlands Castle, Hampshire) He explained likely causes and odds of being able to resolve the problem by rodding / high pressure jet. Cody came today. Really good to deal with, assessed the problem, showed me camera views and unblocked the drain. Explained how to reduce future risks / options for more long-term solution. The visit took under 30 minutes. There was no charge. I was amazed. I will definitely come back to Smart Drainz if we need further drain work. Great service, inspires confidence, great business model.

The SmartDrainz inspector arrived on time and got to work immediately. He lifted all inspection chamber covers and performed an internal inspection of all drainage pipes using CCTV equipment. The covers were safely set aside while working on the chambers and attention was paid to safety. After completing the work, everything was left neat and tidy. I found the inspector to be very polite and social. He was happy to explain what he was doing and answer any queries. I was very satisfied with the service and would certainly recommend SmartDrainz Ltd for drains surveying.

Smartdrainz were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish from Poppy in the office , to the manager, through to Cody the site operative and his coworker ( sorry I didn’t get the name). Everyone was polite, communicative, punctual & efficient and the work done cleaning, then relining a drainage run and replacing an interceptor was completed without any fuss despite the miserable conditions. Great company - happy to recommend.

They responded to my query almost immediately and had someone round the next day. They were very transparent on the pricing so there were no surprises, in fact it came out last than the original estimate and they did a complementary CCTV survey. Cody was excellent dealt with the issue quickly and was friendly and communicated well.

I needed two replacement soakaways on heavy clay soil. After doing a percolation test, Chris sent me a detailed quote with a diagram of the proposed design. I needed it fixed asap and they were able to come and do the job at short notice. They completed it in four days without any delays. I was very impressed with the team - they worked incredibly hard, were friendly and polite and always kept me informed on progress. They also tidied up at the end. We have since had some heavy downpours and the new soakaways are doing their job. Third time I've used them, would highly recommend!

Fantastic! Chris and Gavin of Smart Drainz Ltd were professional and friendly from the start and throughout. Arrived on time (with a courtesy call while en route). Carried out a CCTV investigation, diagnosed the issue within minutes and completed the works without any drama for the agreed price.
