Rapid response to diagnose an electric boiler fault and repair it
A super fast response over the weekend, attending on a Sunday morning as scheduled. The fault was diagnosed and after liaising with the manufacturer on the Monday the repair was completed a few days later. detect what was tripping the kitchen switch and fix it
I was expecting 1 person but 2 came. Ram told me he didn't charge a callout fee. They charged me £250 to find a simple fault and they took 3 hours doing this when it should have taken 20 minutes. It was the cooker which I'd mentioned at the beginning because I wasn't using the grill because it tripped the switch. They charged me £50 to change the outdoor plug without checking that was the cause and it wasn't. The 'repair' was to switch off the electric part of the cooker.
