Had lots of cold spots with damp on my end wall for years with no cure. Called out Smarter Homes who explained wall was only 9 inch brick so needed insulation and render to permanently solve the problem. Took a month for damp to dry out and it has not come back since.

Fantastic work done by Mike and his team. With the lockdown situation unfolding, I was aware that production lines etc would suffer. However, Mike worked hard to ensure that materials were delivered in a timely manner, and that he kept me up to date on developments with the job. The work was completed to a very high standard, and I'm so happy with the final outcome! I'd recommend Mike and his team to anyone that needs rendering work done.

I was recommended to Smarter Homes by my Dad. I wanted my new extension rendering and the old parts of the hiyse re-rendering to match. The surveyor from Smarter Homes explained for a little more money I could have the old parts insulation rendered so the rooms would be as warm as my new extension. I love the appearance and Smarter Homes were the only quote with no deposit required and they sorted out the scaffolding, waste and new pipes as well.

The rear walls of my Victorian terrace were full of damp and in very poor condition. Mike from Smarter Homes came round and explained about condensation damp and said the walls needed insulation as well as render. His guys cleaned up after every day’s work and the finished look is better than brick! It has now been 8 months since they finished and no damp has come back since. Excellent genuine people.
