Avoid this company. They are chaotic and provide poor work. I ordered a £13k solar system from Heatable, and Smarter Utilities was the installer. They arrived unannounced, ignored plans, and left the battery improperly secured. On one occasion, a tech turned up unannounced, tripped the main consumer unit, and drove off without telling anyone. This left the house without power, forcing my 66-year-old mother—who had mobility issues—to climb a ladder into the attic to reset it. This caused months of delays and cost us hundreds. Avoid them, even if booking through Heatable.

Sorted everything quick and done the job very well.

The service provided was outstanding and the issue located quickly and resolved. for the first time in nearly 5 years our panels are generating electricity. I can't recommend this company enough.

Jamie did a great job especially fitting me in a short notice. The old 1970s fuse board replaced with a more modern replacement to meet new standards and safe. Jamie is really reliable, friendly and trustworthy which is hard to find these days
