Took solar panels off in order to remove roof to take out spray insulation. Re-felt whole new roof and put solar panels back.
Scaffolding left. Shoddy workmanship. Solar panels have not been put back properly and is now dangerous. Left us in a terrible state. We have now had to pay out extra to have panels put back properly. We are moving in 2 weeks and need issues resolved before then particularly the removal of the scaffolding which was sub-contracted but we do not know who to.

To supply and lay one layer of torch on grey mineral roof felt on a leaking garden studio.
Bobby thoroughly inspected the roof on his initial visit and explained the reason for the constant leaks and most cost-effective way to repair it. He then took the time and trouble to use plastic sheeting we had to hand to cover the roof until the repair could be carried out. The work couldn't be done on the appointed Saturday due to unforeseen circumstances but mindful of the weather forecast for the coming week, he and his two employees came and repaired the roof the next day. They did a very neat and professional job.

Roofer repaired
Fantastic responsive service. This is the 2nd time I have used Central Roofing and both times they started work on time and kept us informed of what was being done. Went above and beyond to help me with insurance issues. I would recommend it to anyone having roofing issues.

Removal
Found Smart Homecare Ltd on Google. Jon at Smart Homecare Ltd put in a competitive price and at no notice (barely one week), started work on 1st August. Job was urgent as we had to remove existing icynene spray foam insulation we had fitted three years earlier; the house would not be accepted for re-mortgage until it was removed. Hence we felt a lot of pressure to get this done. A team of 3 arrived -Charlie, George and Owen. They were charming, courteous,hard working and worked cleanly, despite the hot weather which made the loft like an oven! Job really well done.Delighted with outcome.
