I would recommend Smart Home Heating 100 % Ashley is the best heating engineer i have ever had, very knowledgeable and always does good work. He fitted a new boiler for me and upgraded my heating system and i am very happy with every thing he has done for me.

The public opinion of ashp in this country is pretty low atm. With more companies like Smart Home Heating Ltd, with dedicated, thorough and meticulous survey, design and installation engineers of the calibre of Ashley Horn; the more likely that public opinion can become a positive one. We are over the moon with our ASHP installation and it is running beautifully smoothly and with amazing efficiency! I will certainly be singing its praises and recommending them.

From start to finish the project ran seamlessly, which was all credit to Ashley and his fellow colleague Billy, who were a delight to have appointed. Communication of process and subsequent explanation of operation was made all the more intelligible because of the detailed knowledge and passion with which we were put at ease with the transition. New boiler inserted, from checking the job out, through correspondence and actual work, have dealt with a very friendly, competent efficient and professional engineer. Explaining what he was doing through the procedure, going over the operation of the new boiler, and carrying out the work without disruption and leaving everywhere clean and tidy.

Ashley and his team at Smart Home Heating are exceptional. His knowledge of the latest regulations helped identify an incorrectly installed boiler flue, allowing us to get it replaced at no cost. Ashley is thorough in his checks and always recommends what’s best for the customer, never upselling. He even starts early to travel further out to us because he’s the only heating engineer we fully trust. He’s friendly and personable, and despite not seeing us for a year, he immediately noticed our new puppy, showing he values genuine client relationships. Highly recommended!
