I’ve used Smart Home several times, first to repair the boiler and recently to fix limescale issues in taps and toilet. Excellent communication, very reliable and prompt. He fixed the boiler he contacted me after a few days to ensure everything was fine. On the last issue he ordered the parts, and kept me updated until the parts arrived and when he would be back to fit it all. Very happy with the work, and carried out at a reasonable cost. Quite frankly the best tradesman I’ve ever used!

We worked with Smart Home Rescue several times over the years on boiler and heaters servicing. Always punctual, efficient and high quality work, never had any problems. For the most recent job, the boiler installation, Smart Home Rescue team arrived on time (which is amazing, especially for customers on tight schedules like me!), did all the work quickly and efficiently, and were punctual, courteous and tidy. Will def call them when ready to go ahead with my next project.

Just before Christmas my boiler broke, my insurance co. Could not attend the site but Smart Home Rescue quickly fitted me in. They were unable to secure a part before Christmas, but were able to advise me what was wrong and needed doing, which helped with the insurer who were later able to attend equipped. Very helpful and friendly business, arrived on the dot and were pleasant to deal with.

I contacted Jason when our boiler developed a leak. He worked efficiently with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. He fixed the problem and completed the work promptly. He did an excellent job, finishing in good time and leaving the area clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend him.
