House Alarm Installation
Quick response to our initial enquiry. Our needs were discussed. We were advised of the best options for our home and a quote was given at the same time. When we decided to go ahead a date was arranged promptly. The engineer Carl arrived on time and installed our alarm. Carl was pleasant, efficient and very informative. There was minimal mess and everything was left tidy. We would recommend this company.

Installing an alarm on a semi-detached house
Very happy beginning to end. James was very personable and efficient in responding to emails and queries, Carl (the engineer on the day) was a delight, very honest in his recommendations, very friendly, didn't bat an eyelid at our very overexcited puppy and completed the job quickly. All done for a very reasonable price and the alarm system works perfectly. The only feedback I would give is that I didn't expect to be responsible for disposing of the rubbish left behind myself. Overall I am very happy!

House alarm
As my last alarm was starting to go wrong I was looking for a new one,i contacted smartinstall ltd James what a great person to talk to, he talked me thru for what I needed and didn't try to sell me more that I needed and gave me a price. A week later carl arrived at the time we agree and did the work quickly and tidy then spent time telling me how it worked,and spent time walking me thru how to set it up and how to disarm it. A very professional and knowledgeable company that I would recommended . A FIRST CLASS COMPANY

To Install a new house alarm system.
We're exceptionally pleased with the quality and standard of the work carried out by Smartinstall in the installation of our new home alarm system. Our initial inquiry to James was very pleasant and polite and he answered all our queries in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. The work by James and his team was carried out very efficiently. On completion they cleared up and took their time to explain how to operate the system. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Smartinstall to anyone wanting a new home alarm system. Very, very satisfied customers.
