    Rendering and roof/window changes

    Stevie rendered our semi-detached property but also project managed our roof replacement and sprayed windows. Him and his team did an excellent job, keeping on time and budget despite various issues along the way, such as the weather! They were always friendly and polite, and flexible to any requests. Would highly recommend!

    External insulation and rendering of large dormers

    We were really pleased with the work done by Smart Insulated Renders. Stevie and Dillon were very professional and clearly know their work very well. The rendering team likewise were very professional and paid great attention to detail. Stevie and Dillon kept us well informed at each stage so that we knew what was happening and what was next. We did get a cheaper quote from a sole contractor but I'm so pleased we went with SIR as it was thoroughly professional.

    Professional and thorough

    A rare gem in the building trade!

    What an absolutely fantastic team! Really impressed. Excellent communication from start to finish. Always on time, polite, respectful, clean and tidy. Went above and beyond and helped work with our budget (and stuck to it!). Will definitely have them back should the need arise! Thoroughly recommend.
