  Reseal tray and fix cartridge

  Our shower began to leak both from the sealant going and also from the mixer taps. Sandy really promptly called me and was very friendly and helpful, coming round on a Saturday morning to complete sealing the tray and fix the mixer taps. He couldn't be more helpful or quicker to come round and he sorted the issue really well. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend him.

  Great work

  Great work. Fault very quickly identified and fixed in my toilet. More importantly Sandy has been so quick to respond and come to my home on a weekend day. Finally, I ll was well cleaned after the work which is very appreciated. I would definitely recommend Smart plumb & heat ltd.

  Great communication, incredibly well prepared.

  I put Smart Plumb and Heat into my to contact me list due to their reviews. A lot of positives with Sandy - he contacted me immediately after putting in the request. He was interactive in the process - which led to him giving a realistic range on the quote. On the day work wise - spot on. Incredibly respectful of the house, left it spotless where he worked. The job was a bit trickier than we both hoped - but he explained / showed the different issues. Most important was how prepared he was - a few different parts had failed that were not to be expected - Sandy had spares. Recommended.

  Quick fix for leaking mixer tap

  Quick turnaround and great plumbing service. Sandy was really clear in his explanation of what we should do with our leaking tap and I appreciated the clarifying questions pre-visit that helped us plan the fastest fix. While he was a bit late to the visit, it was worth the wait and he kept me updated on expected timings, so not an issue.

  repair of downstairs WC cistern

  Sandy responded promptly after I posted the job. Date booked for today (Tuesday 14th July), arrived on time and carried out the repair. bill received and duly paid all within a couple of hours of completed work. What more can you ask for? Thanks again for a good experience.
