  Botched radiator move / installation - absolutely terrible workmanship

  Sandy was engaged to move / replace a radiator. I discovered the hard way that this is a job way above his skill level. It looks terrible, I now need to try and find someone to sort it out. Also - damaged carpet with flux and oil stains as he didn't use any dust sheets / protection Messed with my gas boiler - something he's not qualified to do and left me without any central heating. Had to get a gas engineer out to fix.

  Plumb-believable service

  My toilet cistern wasn't filling properly and the button didn't work. Sandy came same day, fixed it quickly for a fair price. Gave me some tips on a few other bits of work I was considering. Friendly, efficient and helpful.

  Sandy was a real pro. He had excellent communication and responded to messages quickly. There was a small issue with one of the jobs he did for me a few weeks on and he came out and fixed it straight away with no additional cost.

  Sandi came to fix my toilet and I couldn’t be happier 😊 He explained everything so patiently, even gave me tips on what to look out for in future. Very tidy, very polite, and the price was more than reasonable. A lovely chap and a great plumber! 🛁🛠️💧
