Steve picked my laptop up and it was returned the next day all working beautifully. He was very polite, communicated well with me to let me know what was happening and when he would return it. Steve completed the work to a high standard without making me feel silly (not patronising). Thank you so much! 10/10- Would highly recommend!

Ran into an issue with my 2018 workstation build where the CPU overheated while running idle and crashing after a few minutes. I feared having to pay for new watercooling, but Stephen quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue by reseating the ram sticks and GPU. Home pickup and drop-off included in the price. Excellent job.

Following a "blue-screen" error and no success in online forums or solutions, I sought help from Stephen as a local expert. With a timely turnaround, courteous manner, and a pick-up and drop-off service, the computer was returned in complete working order, with a re-install of the operating system (and many other apps) and complete data recovery.
