Hit and run
Great job done. Well that’s till they damaged my car which was parked on my drive. It looks like they dropped the ladder on the car. They have caused 2 dents and multiple scratches on the roof and back passenger door behind driver. That’s not the best bit. They then left without telling me. Repairs to flat roof and main roof
Tiles taken off the main roof, gaps not covered. Rain poured in and soaked loft insulation leaving with heavy water, caused lounge ceiling to collapse and water to seep through bedroom ceiling. New Roof
I got in Contact with Smart Roofing at 17:00 on a Friday night, requiring work to replace the roof due to a leak. Smart Roofing replied promptly and issued a reasonable quote. Which was booked in for 08:00 Saturday (next day). The team were onsite and worked thorough to complete the job. They also cleaned and removed any waste cause, leaving the garden in the state in which it was found. Replacing Roof Felt
Smart Roofing quoted an excellent price to remove the tiles, replace the roof felt and then put the tiles back. They fitted me in almost immediately and then sent a large team of men to do the job. The men worked very hard and made rapid progress. The whole job was complete in two days. They were polite, punctual, cordial and eager to please. Their manager didn't make a promise he couldn't keep and then kept every promise that he made. The whole job was stress-free. New roof fitted
