I needed a sensory to be moved and I need it done straight away. Smart Security called me and I told them the urgency so they finished their work for the day and came to me in the evening. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had Ovi come and see another property and issue I had thanks to his great skills and knowledge in fixing my alarm and CCTV system. This one was much more technical as the property has a number of issues with Electrics from sockets to lights to smoke alarms and general integrated stuff like cooker, fridge and boiler. Ovi managed to isolate and fix everything in a methodical and safe manner. We now have everything working as it should and we couldn't be any more happier.

It was by chance I came across Ovi, but I'm very glad I did! His knowledge and customer service skills are the best I've seen and this is the third time I've had to have alarms and CCTV installed on different properties and commercial premises. I'm so happy how everything works and recently there was an attempted break-in which we saw via our phone app and we managed to sound the alarm causing them to run off like cockroaches in the light, before they managed to get access to the property.
