Having gained a number of quotes for roof insulation removal , Ryan visited and gave a really comprehensive explanation of the work that was required, the process to be undertaken and reassured us about how it would be done. Every detail could be checked and clarified , reflecting their honest and open approach. The fitters / removers were fantastic - prompt, professional and friendly - felt very comfortable with them in my home. The work was completed within timescales to a high standard - wouldn’t even have known they had been ! What a relief !!! After having spray foam insulation installed, we found out that this had become unmortageable and uninsurable. We were previously ripped off by another company, so contacted Smart Solutions 365 Group Limited. Ryan came out to have a look at what needed to be done. We wish to thank the 3 young men who came out and did the job properly, they were professional and took photos of the work to show us as they went along. Jamie was very good at explaining the spray foam removal process and how the new insulation worked. The three men worked hard despite the summer heat and tidied up very well. I like the information pack and photos supplied after the work was completed. OUR PROCESS
- We will carry out a free home visit to assess your loft. This allows us to get a realistic idea of what work is needed.
- Internal flooring will A protected from the front entry point to the door. Temporary boarding will be laid for a safe working environment.
- All spray foam insulation will be removed from the loft area of the property. This includes all exposed roof timbers, tiles and trusses.
- All foam material will be disposed of correctly at a waste management facility. The entire roof space will be vacuumed & cleaned.
- Work will be inspected to ensure the highest standards.
- A certificate of removal will be provided upon completion.
