  Great service

  We're putting our house on the market, having Spray Foam Insulation in some of the lofts - makes it difficult for prospective purchasers to get a mortgage - so we were taking preventative measures and having the Spray Foam Removed. This firm was recommended by a friend who'd used them and found the company professional and they carried out their work to a high standard. We found Ryan extremely helpful on the initial estimate and his communications were prompt, Stephen who did the majority of the foam removal was a star, worked extremely hard in loft spaces that were a difficult squeeze - the

  Brilliant job of Spray Foam Insulation removal

  I used Smart Solutions 365 to remove foam insulation from my loft. The staff were polite, turned up on time and left the property immaculate. I would highly recommend their service.

  Considerate, courteous and reliable.

  We were passed on the details of this company by our estate agent, David Plaister, when we realised we needed to have our loft spray foam insulation removed to possibly help sell our house. They were able to start the following week. The workmen, Ross and Steve, were considerate, courteous and reliable and worked,without complaint, throughout the heatwave. One morning they started at 06.00 to avoid the heat. They cleared up any mess at the end of each day and we can recommend this company. Thanks also to Ryan and Brian.

  Excellent service even at arms length

  We needed the spray foam removing from a property 290 miles away, needless to say we couldn't be there. The whole process has been incredibly smooth. Superquick with the very detailed quote with everything explained. Work undertaken, photographs of process and progress sent daily including the foam all bagged and witing to be picked up, clean and tidy job with immediate sending of the removal certificate. Brian & Kyren made what could have been a very difficult job very easy, thank you.

  Spray foam removal

  Well from start to finish Ryan and his team were absolutely amazing. We were very apprehensive about having the foam removed after being scammed in the first but Ryan immediately put our minds to rest. He explained everything thoroughly and we didn't feel pressured inchoosingr them to do the job. Kieran and Ross were amazing keep us informed about everything they were doing feom starttof finish. I cannot recommend Smart Solutions 365 highly enough, let them do your work you will not be disappointed
