    Plug points downstairs stopped working

    I called in the morning of the 30/8/22 and spoke to Billy. He made the appointment for that evening after 6. He arrived very promptly. He left at 11.15 that evening. He initially had a problem trying to find the reason to the electrics tripped off. He was very persistent and eventually found the issue underneath my kitchen cupboards. Managed to get everything back working again. He was polite . He tidied everything up and I can't thank him enough. I would certainly recommend this company.

    Consumer board fuse would not reset no mains sockets

    Brilliant service from a Billy , Called him 7 am although he could not get to me before 6pm I booked due to how helpful he was and I just had confidence in him . Turned up on time and also kept me aware he was on his way and would not let us down . Went over and and above checking everything not just the fault We had a break in ring main which a drill had gone through this was buried in the wall .Getting late however Billy digs in to the plaster come up with a solution to re make and cover the repair which amazed me . Completed the job just did not expect the level of service brilliant !!

    Electrical work throughout the house

    Billy and Shaun are brilliant. Their work is excellent. The service is very responsive and they ensure that they clean as they go. Their communication is brilliant and their attitude very professional. We have used them before and will use them again. Would highly recommend them. Thanks for a great job lads

    Fix lighting nightmare

    EICR survey and remedial work

    I own a property rented to a gentleman who is classified as vulnerable health wise. The inspection of the property and the subsequent remedial work was very far reaching and involved all areas of the flat. Because of Covid the tenant was very nervous about having the work done. Billy was very professional and put the tenant at ease. He carried out the work causing as little disruption as possible and to the tenant’s complete satisfaction. When I spoke to Billy I had confidence that I was dealing with a professional and will definitely use Smart Sparks Electrical again

    Fit a new kitchen ceiling light.

    Billy and Shaun came to install a new kitchen light for us, but they found that our new light fitting wasn't compatible with the existing wiring. Nonetheless, they were able to help us as they carried some light fittings of their own, and the one they suggested, and later installed for us, was ideal and reasonably priced. They were prompt, helpful, professional, and supportive; as the new light was an LED, they offered to return and adjust the brightness if we found it not quite right when the evening set in. They were also tidy and cleared up after the job was complete. Would recommend.
