From day one, the communication and response time was brilliant. When providing the quotation, Becky was thorough and allowed time to pass on information in layman’s terms. When it came to the 10 day job, Emma & Eddie were incredible. Thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness, speed to complete tasks without compromising on quality of finished product, ability to adapt and work alongside other tradespeople, trustworthy - the list goes on. Becky, Eddie and Emma have been fantastic from start to finish. As a family owned business you really get the sense that they care, from quality customer service to excellent craftsmanship. The work was completed in the time defined and to a very high standard. Eddie and Emma were also kind enough to bespoke the skirting to tidy up an out of scope part of the toilet area. Very happy with the final product.

Eddie and Emma renovated and repaired the old parquet flooring throughout the downstairs of our house. Extremely happy with the result and they were a pleasure to have around for the 7 days.

I am very pleased with the standard of work, and overall appearance a lot better than anticipated. Due to carpet moth infestation I decided to take a look at the old, stained woodblock flooring beneath carpet. It had been stained a dark colour. Now it is a beautiful light oak colour. Conditions were not easy as small cottage, and some largish pieces of furniture meant space to work restricted. However all completed with no fuss over 4 days. I would definitely recommend this local family business for standard of work and personal attention.
