Moved into my new flat and enquired about some work I needed done before I moved in. They came next day and provided a quote for the works I needed doing along with recommendations for optional works. The price was reasonable and they were really easy to communicate with. The works started early on the day that was agreed and the work commenced and I was kept informed of the work that had been completed every few days.
