Friendly, hardworking and excellent work
The work was completed at a high standard. The attention to detail was outstanding. We had a loft conversion done and we are so happy with the result. Simba and the team were very friendly and we felt comfortable having them in the house. First class Garage Conversion

Bathroom, kitchen -diner and downstairs cloakroom
We had a new bathroom created from combining a separate toilet and bathroom. S&M building solutions also created an open plan kitchen- diner by knocking down walls between the kitchen, dining and living room. They did an amazing job, within budget and in the agreed time frame. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them to anyone.
