Steve visited my apartment twice to fix a leak, only to create irreversible damage due to the installation of miliput around the leak (which didn't stop it). I have had to pay extra for two visits, and the purchase and replacement of an entire tap due to this.
Now he is not responding to my messages and I hope to prevent future customers from having to deal with the hassle I have had.

We’re sorry you’re unhappy with the outcome, as this is not the level of service SMC Plumbing strives to provide. At our first visit, due to the condition of the installation and non-standard European component, we couldn’t guarantee a successful repair. We advised replacing the tap was the most reliable solution, but at your request we attempted a repair. When the leak persisted, we again recommended replacement and offered free installation of a new tap as a goodwill gesture.
While we understand your disappointment, we felt we were transparent about the risks and tried to resolve your issue.
