Moved car charger from 1 address to another. Had a tripping issue so he came back but said it was fine. It continues to trip, i have spoken to the car charger manufacturer and the unit is fine. It should of been put on a 40 amp breaker but was put on a 32. He is now blanking me and i have to now pay someone else to sort his issue. Wont be using again.

They came the very next day and fixed the fault. Didn't charge too much either.

Nozrul came out to fix an issue with my fuse box thay kept tripping and I couldn't be happier with the service i received. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional throughout, and quickly identified the cause of the problem. The repair was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. I would definetly use Nozrul again for any future electrical work and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends. If you are looking for a skilled, reliable electrician who provides excellent workmanship and greater customer service then I would highly recommend his services.

Nozrul was very professional and transparent with their investigations and subsequent work for the consumer unit replacement work. He went above and beyond decommissioning redundant wiring to ensure a clean and tidy finish with regards to cabling/trunking, and labelling. He was receptive and understanding of DIY work and didn't hold pre-emptive judgements/biases against it ahead of testing etc. I would recommend SM Electric for any major works like the replacement of a consumer unit, due to their quality of work/attention to detail.

Prompt communication, work completed to a high standard at a fair price. I would use SM electric again.
