  Reliable, professional and high-quality work

  Shaun replaced my rotten garden steps and I couldn’t be happier with the result. He arrived exactly on time, was professional and friendly throughout, and completed the job to a very high standard. The new steps look fantastic and feel solid and well-built. Shaun clearly takes pride in his work and paid great attention to detail.   Quality work and sensible quotation

  Shaun provided me with a reasonable and sensible quote for a small interior job on a new extension. He was able to answer my questions and communication was prompt. He arrived when he said he would and did a solid job with the skirting. It’s now a job we can tick off our list. I’d recommend Shaun, and will no doubt be in touch with him again in the future.

  Professional, multi-skilled and polite - wholeheartedly recommend this company.

  I contacted SMG Property Maintenance to ask if they could help with a few repairs before putting our house on the market - the things which were on a list but never got done! Shaun has a positive approach, very polite and helpful, and came to look at the jobs - following up rapidly with a very reasonable quote. On the allocated day, he was punctual and came with all of the equipment and materials he needed. He worked extremely hard, completing all jobs to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to recommend SMG Property Maintenance.
