  Repair to two leaking central heating pipes

  Amazing service - Igor arrived within 10 minutes of being called at 20:00 on a Friday night! He had already assessed the issue from photographs and came prepared and ready. Even though the job was more complicated than expected Igor charged the agreed price and carried out the work expertly and efficiently and even spotted and fixed a dodgy electrical socket that had been left by a previous contractor. Friendly and informative throughout Igor provided not just plumbing wisdom but sage life advice as well!

  Replace kitchen tap

  Igor replaced the kitchen tap and tidied up the mess of old plumbing under the sink. He offered us advice on the choice of fitting, kept us informed throughout the work and left the area spotlessly clean.

  Replace a concealed shower valve, fit isolation valves, re-tile.

  Boiler replacement

  I work in social housing and manage a repairs service for thousands of properties. I have never had a better experience than I did with Igor. He is polite, communicative, reliable, does good work and genuinely cares about you as if you were family. He put in more time and effort than was reasonable to ensure he got our boiler working temporarily until our landlord approved the replacement. Then he did a thoughtful job replacing it and left the area looking nicer (and cleaner!) than he had found it. I wish I could find a contractor like him in the areas where my organisation has properties!

  Fixed a toilet inlet valve

  Very quick response time and reasonable pricing. He fixed the problem within 24hrs and that includes ordering parts! Will use Igor again.

  New bathroom fitted and laminate flooring in living room.

  Amazing work. Love our new bathroom, best room in the house. Igor is a perfectionist, super friendly and provides quality work. Worked within our budget but made the place look incredible. Igor went above and beyond for us. Cant thank him enough!!
