Very pleased with the battery installation. The initial contact was with Khalid, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about solar energy with over 10 year’s experience. The fitter Jason arrived on time and was very professional. Jason suggested that the cable needed to be replaced as it needed to be thicker. This was replaced and he made a very neat job using blacking trunking. Jason could not do enough and helped with the link to the app to monitor power usage to panels / grid and battery. The job was finished in a timely manner and everything was clear and tidy. Work is to high standard.

We contacted Smile Solar for quotation for solar energy system. Jon Gwennap made two visits in April to our house, providing friendly, knowledgable, easy to understand expert advice. Informing and guiding us about Solar panel installation in general and as applicable to our situation. Jon responded patiently to our many questions, expertly surveyed location and provided quotations without sales pressure. Deposit paid and very pleased to get a late May installation date and look forward to the next phase. Smile Solar team have been helpful, friendly and easily contactable throughout.

After reading a lot about solar power and its pro’s and con’s I called Smile Solar and arranged a home visit from Jon Gwennap. What a knowledgeable and professional man he is and a credit to Smile Solar. The meeting was friendly and informative. Jon was able to fully answer all the questions we had (& there were many) in layman terms, a visual survey of our property was made and a suitable system planned. I was please to see that an installation would be affordable and could be carried out quickly with very little disruption. We plan to take up Jon’s recommendation in the near future.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Extremely knowledgeable representative did the initial visit to quote. Know what we have is fit for purpose and there were no hidden costs which was always our concern with companies giving quotes over the phone / internet. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SMILE SOLAR.
