  So pleased with the service provided. The engineer, Carl, called to give advance notice of his expected arrival time, and on his arrival he established very quickly the nature of the problem. He explained exactly what the issue was and what he needed to do. He worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Overall a very pleasant chap, giving me confidence about his knowledge and ability to carry out the work required, and would happily recommend him to anyone. Furthermore, as a woman being on my own in the house at that particular time I felt completely comfortable in his presence.

• To diagnose a signal problem and install aerial and relative cable

  Despite the very vague and very confusing description of the problem over the phone it was decided a visit was needed. It was good to see he was just as confused as us. After diagnosing the fact that there was no aerial and giving the best options we decided an installation was in order. It was nice not to be spoken down to by an engineer. Great communication and a good work ethic. I would highly recommend.

  I called Smith and Gosnold from the number I see on their website online. I got through to very polite lady on the other end of the phone and she organised for Carl to come to my house the same day and put an aerial and some tv points in for me. He was very polite and done the job very professionally in no time at all. I was very pleased with his work and will 100% be recommending Smith and Gosnold to my friends and family. Thank you.
