Gas disconnected 3 weeks ago. Gas emergency cover visited twice and said I would need a full gas replumb. Carl attended promptly, gave great comms. Diagnosed the issue in the older iron plumbing, capped that supply and reconnected the boiler, all within an hour. Excellent service, comms, and attendance. Have requested a boiler service and a price to resupply the kitchen. Highly recommended.

The man lives up to every word that has been written about him. He is a genius! I had a problem with my central heating that had been ‘solved’ by two people before him. But it persisted. He did a completely thorough job, turned up on the day I called him, actually did solve it, explained what he had done and left, leaving me feeling confident and relieved . Thank you so much, Carl.

Annual boiler service carried out efficiently and very tidily, especially as the boiler was in the garage in awkward position. Asked for a quote on some further work and received a quote quickly which was more than fair. Due to health issues this will not be carried out immediately.

Carl diagnosed the issue with my old boiler and agreed to replace with a Worcester Bosch. He and his mate turned up on a Saturday morning and soon had the old out and the new in situ. All work was completed and the system commissioned and working 100%. They even managed to fit in direct position of old and so no damage to exiting walls or paintwork, old cupboard re fixed and you would never know any work was carried out. I can thoroughly recommend Carl as an honest and hard working tradesman and very trustworthy, his prices are competitive and no bullshit involved.
