We needed a full garage roof replacement, Sean was totally professional, and clear with written instructions and survey . He and his team , showed up when promised . Stripped old roof and disposed of it . Work carried out was done to a high standard , Clean , tidy , with minimal noise . Unexpected additional brickwork was needed . Really happy with the work carried out to my garage roof by Sean and his team. Everything completed very professionally, work was tidy and they cleaned up after themselves well, good communication throughout and a very friendly bunch.

Smiths Property Improvements recently finished a roof replacement at our property in Littlebourne and created a very favourable impression. Sean initially carried out a very thorough external and loft survey before providing a detailed estimate. He was clear that barring any unforeseen issues this quote would not be increased without a pre agreed discussion. He was as good as his word, the work was carried out to a high standard including cleaning and waste removal. Sean and the boys have been so solid. Sean quoted the work clearly and spoke in plain English, he also really paid attention to what we wanted (styles, colours, etc) and factored this in. He was almost spot on with his quote price despite some additional work needed to be done on the chimney. Sean and the lads were a pleasure to have on site and were tidy, polite, and a bit of a laugh. The work has been finished immaculately and the roof looks fantastic. Any issues were clearly communicated and "extra" costs managed extremely well. Sean was very proactive in finalising the snagging list
