    Excellent Roof Cleaning Service

Matt and Gabor arrived promptly at 8am and worked really hard all day cleaning loads of old moss off our clay roof tiles. They also cleaned our gutters and windows and were very professional, friendly and super tidy with the work carried out. Our roof looks new, really impressed! I would highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

    Professional and reliable

I had my roof and windows cleaned by Gabi and Mate, and they did an excellent job. They were thorough, reliable, and really skilled at what they do. The whole process was smooth, and their pricing was very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone in need of roof or window cleaning!

Hello, I'm Mate, the proud owner of SMK Roof Maintenance ltd.

A little about me

With many happy and returning customers over the last 2 years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress-free project, delivered in a way that I'm confident will exceed your expectations.

I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact.

My customers appreciate that I work quickly, with a strong focus on timekeeping. This helps services get delivered on time without disrupting their schedule.

We offer a range of different roof cleaning services, depending on the type of tiles you have and also any access issues that may be involved.

Main services Provided

Moss scraping:

This involves a combination of scraper blades to effectively remove the moss and debris from the roof tile.

Pressure washing:

The flat surface cleaning tool covers the surface nice and evenly, using a reduced amount of pressure, which is gentle on the tiles but is enough to clean the surface effectively with fantastic results.

Biocide treatment:

This method kills off any organic growth that might be remaining on the tile and helps prevent returning so quickly.

(recommended every 2-3 years to maintain the roof in good condition in the long term)

The quote also includes a gutter and window cleaning as it's necessary after the cleaning.

Our team is fully trained and insured!

Any services that you require not listed above, please enquire today to see how I can help you.

My Availability

I'm always contactable by phone throughout the week, including evenings and weekends.

If you can't get through to me for any reason, please leave a message including your phone number, and I'll call you right back.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my profile. I look forward to hearing from you.
