Shane drives round shouting homophobic abuse at people whilst driving around the area Would not use him if he acts like this

Shane and I met several weeks ago to run through a project I wanted a quote for. During the meeting, he was very informative and came across well. Shane advised he would send over a quote for the works, and also provide a quick cost to carry out some general maintenance landscaping. Unfortunately, no quote was ever received, nor did I ever hear back. I have texted multiple times, as I was keen to get him in to carry out the works. A simple text explaining he wasn't willing to price for x reason would of sufficed. The lack of communication comes across as somewhat unprofessional.

Shane was brilliant and punctual from our first interaction. He gave a great price for the garden work that I needed doing which was transparent and never changed. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would start the job, was polite, respectful to the property and checked in throughout to ensure what he was doing met expectations. He left everything really clean when he went and will 100% use him again for work in the future.

Shane did a very good job, was quick, reliable, cheerful and easy to have around. We are pleased with the work he did, and would employ him again if we decided to take forward any further projects.

Saw some of Shane’s recent work,asked for contact details.Spoke to Shane about my requirements,came round measured up and advised what would be done.Came back a few days later with a very competitive quotation,accepted.Dates for digging and brickwork arranged turned up as promised.Three days later all done apart from now having a new wall wouldn’t,known he had been working there.All cleared up all waste and rubble removed.Very pleased,would recommend.

Shane responded promptly to my request for a trench to be dug in my garden, in preparation for a Heatpump install. His communication was excellent throughout. Reassured me 48hrs before he’d be there. Turned up at agreed time and smashed out the trench to the requirements, even overcoming some unforeseen obstacles. He kept in touch during install to plan when he’d backfill the trench and return the patio as it was. Which he’s now done to great satisfaction. Excellent trade and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
