The company provided a prompt response to my call in a helpful manner and undertook to visit and scope the job this week. True to their word, they came and gave good advice to me and provided an acceptable estimate. Another call the next day to advise a small increase was necessary to resource a price increase to a part and a courteous query if the revised estimate was acceptable. It was. Today the work was done. I expected a good job would follow from the high level of customer relations shown and it was. I was particularly impressed with the respect shown to our property and clear up.

Excellent service

The original communication was good and we had a prompt response for a quote. Once we accepted the quote we didn’t have to wait long for a date for the work to be done A door for an outside cupboard was replaced and a repair to the surrounding area was undertaken. The workmanship was very good.

Can’t fault them, turned up on time. Job was done within 1.5hrs, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!
