Worst decision to go with this company. Comes across all charming but totally took advantage of a disabled OAP by taking full payment (£10k) with no intention to complete work after weeks of empty promises. Even asked for extra money (£700) for fencing which never materialised then only offered to refund half which never got. Made it impossible for homeowner to get out of house for 4 days, cut off electricity with their digger, damaged marble front of house. Paving laid but not sealed with huge gaps as said our house was wonky! Rude, untrustworthy, unprofessional, UNACCEPTABLE

APPALLING from the beginning, rude staff, bordering intimidation at times. They smashed 5 of the neighbours gravel boards, damaged the skirting panelling of the house. Completely disorganised. Demanded money outside of THEIR payment agreement, told us they couldn't afford to pay for the grab lorries and digger hire unless we paid them. Said they wanted to pour concrete when they hadn't finished the dig out, there were still enormous tree stumps and brick work not taken out. We agreed for them to halt the job and refund part of the money which we are still waiting for 6 weeks later, more excuse

Can’t fault the work that was completed and in the timescale that was promised. Access was made easy for me with my disabled son while the work was carried out to be able to get my son in and out of the house safely. I’m over pleased with my new drive and can’t thank smooth services enough. I’ll be back for my patio next :)

They arrived early to complete the job before the date that was given which was amazing . Very clean while at work and very polite. I asked for extra bits to be done, and they did with any problems. Would definitely recommend a*****

From start to finish they done a fantastic job, everything they said they would do was done.

I met with Chris from smooth surfaces as I needed my front drive and patio doing. I am very happy with the end result and just want to say a big thanks to the team.
