Removal to storage unit
Good communication beforehand. The removal team were quick, efficient and took everything down an awkward staircase carefully. They slotted everything into the storage unit very well with things I needed sooner at the front and were flexible when the unit turned out to be different to what I had booked.

Packaging/removals/storage
All work carried out efficiently and carefully. Picked up cardboard cases and paper within a day of being notified all ready. Whilst work was being carried out from start to finish good communication with office staff, especially Cally.

Removals.
Nothing was to much trouble, from start to finish the staff in the office were very helpful. When the guys turned up on my move day they were friendly and went above and beyond, ensuring I was happy with where my furniture had been placed.
