New extension, fitted kitchen and house remodel

Steve and his team, Matt and Phil, built a two-storey extension for us, fitted a new kitchen and remodelled most of our downstairs. They were friendly, hardworking and a pleasure to have around the house. Steve knows his stuff, too. He spotted an error in the structural engineer's steel beam sizing before it went in, and when we checked with the engineers, he was right. We're really pleased with how it's all turned out, especially for the price, and would happily recommend them. We'll definitely be having them back for more work.

  Highly recommend Steve & team

Steve and his team, Matt and Phil have done an incredible job on our property. A full refit for my parents to move into. Professional, excellent communication and would thoroughly recommend them and use them again on any future work.

A Great Experience from Start to Finish

We had SMR Construction complete an extension and full refurbishment of our home over eight months, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Steve managed the project professionally from start to finish, and he and his team, Matt and Phil, were a pleasure to have in our home. When a structural issue arose, it was resolved promptly, keeping everything on track. The work was completed on time and within budget, with excellent workmanship, clear communication and a tidy site throughout. We highly recommend SMR Construction.
