  After receiving several large quotes from other companies who only inspected the roof from the ground level, we contacted SM Roofing Maintenance via Checkatrade. They immediately came round and carried out a free inspection at roof level. Once the issues were identified they provided a highly competitive quote and completed the work within a week. This has potentially saved us thousands of pounds compared to other companies who were suggesting full repairs without properly inspecting the roof.
