Replacement fascias & soffits and general maintenance
SM Roofline managed their schedule well and kept us informed throughout. They were ultimately able to carry out the work around two weeks earlier than originally planned, which suited us very well. The team completed the replacement of the fascias, soffits, and the full gutter clean/maintenance to an excellent standard. Disruption was kept to a minimum, and the surrounding area was left clean and tidy each day. We are very pleased with the results. We are happy to recommend SM Roofline to others and will certainly be contacting them again for future periodic maintenance to keep our property.Verified reviewerJob location: CM22Response from SM Roofline
Thanks so much for the fantastic review. We’re really pleased everything worked out so well and that you’re happy with the results. We really appreciate the recommendation and look forward to helping with your future maintenance!

Replace old cladding with new composit cladding.
This was not the cheapest quote, Steve was very helpful and had a good choice of cladding material. They removed the old cladding and installed the new, and cleared up after themselves. Overall very pleased with the job, the only criticism is the mastic application, a bit messy.Verified reviewerJob location: CM3Response from SM Roofline
Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We’re really pleased you’re happy with the finished result and appreciate your kind words about Steve. Thank you also for your feedback regarding the mastic application, which we’ll take on board.
