Not professional at all, don’t be fooled by the cheaper prices as no experience or integrity are bought to the table. Do not use.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent kitchen installations I ordered. I requested two kitchens to be installed, but the job was done terribly. Despite paying double for the work,not money has been sent.I believe the individuals responsible should not be allowed to continue their work and should be expelled from your platform. I expect prompt action to address this issue.

Had female plumber carry out the work. Got on with the work and cleaned up afterwards. Made sure all was in working order before leaving

Gave great advice, answered all questions and once the parts were all delivered, SMT got straight to work on the job! Alot quicker than expected, extra tidy and with a constant smile :) Would definitely recommend, thank you so much!!

My bath was blocked for around 1 month and was not releasing water quick enough. Shaunna from SMT Property Services said it would take no longer than 1hr to unblock so she used a wet vac to suck the gunk out of my drain and removed the blockage. After their services my water was flowing how it should be.
