Replaced our combi-boiler.
Steve is absolutely excellent. Excellent communication. Came at short notice to diagnose the problem. Replaced our boiler within 10days. Very efficient, knowledgable and tidy. Could not recommend more highly.

No pressure on boiler
Steve was amazing - came within 1 hr of my request on a Sunday late afternoon ( no hot water/heating ) Diagnosed and sorted the problem and hot water and heating retrieved . Delighted with Steve plus the fact that he checked to see if I had heaters to keep me warm. A/ C paid and very reasonable considering Sunday Call Out…. Thank you Steve and look forward to seeing you in the New Year… I do believe I have found a local, honest heating engineer ??

New boiler replacement. Supply and install
Gantastic service. Steve was excellent. Great communication, recommendations and was punctual. He identified and resolved our issue swiftly. 4 months on and into the heating season, we are happy with our boiler and the install.

Replace pump on boiler
Steve quickly diagnosed the problem with our boiler. A new pump was ordered and fitted promptly. He left the area clean and tidy. Very friendly and professional. Great service and would highly recommend. Will definitely use Steve of SNB in the future.
