  Scott and his team repaired and renovated our character outside Victorian toilet! It’s the second time we’ve used him. Once again we are delighted with the quality of the work, attention to detail and flexibility .

  SN Build- life savers

  Scott and his team came out to me when the tiler I was using cancelled last minute. They had the bathroom tiled in 2 days ready for second fix. I can’t thank Scott and his team enough. All completed with pride, attention to detail with scribing round beams and even went the extra mile with some mitred joints. An amazing job finished in an incredible time frame at an amazing price. Scott is a legend

  New kitchen, incredible service

  SN Construction and Building were amazing from start to finish. The job was completed on schedule and to an incredibly high standard. Job was reasonably priced and the standard of work they delivered was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, tidy and their eye for detail/problem solving are second to none.   Very friendly professional neat and tidy.

  We had a new corner shower screen installed. From the first contact Scott was very quick to respond and offered helpful advice on our options for our leaking shower. The new screen was ordered and fitted within a couple of weeks. The person who installed it was great. He arrived on time and very carefully removed the old screen leaving tiles and tray intact and undamaged. All the old silicone was removed and tiles and tray cleaned before installing the new one. The new screen is great - very neat accurate work. All rubbish and old screen taken away.

  Exceptional Bathroom Renovation with Outstanding Attention to Detail

  We recently had our EnSite, bathroom, and toilet renovated, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was very clear throughout the entire process — from the site survey, quotation to the utility selection and work execution. Graeme paid great attention to every detail throughout the project. The result is beautiful. He is very considerate and offered very helpful suggestions. Brilliant service from Graeme, Scott, and their team. We will definitely be working with Scott again in the future!

  NEW BATHROOM

  Scott built us the most amazing bathroom from scratch, on time and on budget and his communication was perfect from our first meeting. We now have a walk-in shower, a new sink and vanity unit, heated towel rail, new flooring, a new cabinet and tiles from floor to ceiling. This sounds impressive but tells only half the story considering the tiny and challenging space Scott had to work with. He even offered to dispose of the Hippo bag when we were having problems with Hippo themselves! I've already recommended SN Building to a friend and expect to do so again and again.
