Simon came to my house on the date and time previously agreed, we went through the work needing to be done. Simon carried on with the work, producing a good job using good materials. I was beginning to think it was impossible to get a reliable, tradesman with a good attitude but Simon carried out the work and went above and beyond to produce a first class result. Very Happy, will contact SNC again when more repairs are needed.

Fantastic! From my first phone call to Simon enquiring to completion his attention to detail has been 5* Nothing too much trouble and all work completed to a high standard, even the cleaning up along the way. He advised on different options throughout the job, he was also understanding regarding the needs of my business whilst he was working and accommodated this throughout the week. I can’t thank Simon enough for his great communication, hard work and attention to detail, from start to finish there was no stress involved which means a great deal.

Simon & Ryan have been excellent on both occasions that they have completed work for us. They are respectful and polite, carry the work out to a high standard, stick to their original quote, turn up when they say they will, complete the job in the anticipated time frame, and have awesome music taste. I have previously had very disappointing experiences from past tradesmen, yet Simon and Ryan have restored my faith in humanity of quality tradesmen with an experience that showed this. From start to finish I couldn't fault the work ethic, the cummincation, the love and care that went into every aspect of the job to create what can only be described as a perfect job. They have transformed the ground floor from a house into a cosy home and I will welcome them back later in the year to complete the second phase of decorating the upstairs.
