    Changing two dimmer switches to standard switches

    Bathroom fitting

    Simon organised our electrics for our new bathroom. A professional job and nothing is too much trouble as we had a few outdoor lights fitted and new fuse board. Would recommend 100%.

    Query regarding heating and immersion not working

    Simon is SO HELPFUL- I phoned to ask about about work needed as my heating system and immersion heater had tripped out and weren't working. Simon answered the phone on first ring and then talked through the issue with me- identifying what had gone wrong and what needed doing. This resulted in me no longer needing an electrician but a plumber!! So for no charge, and despite not generating any work for himself, Simon solved the problem from knowledge via the phone (heating is now working) Such an excellent level of customer service - when I do need an electrician in the future I will use Simon.
