Sunny arrived within time agreed, and quickly found the root cause of my loose control module. Using his knowlege and previous experience. I was given a number of options for completion of the repair which was most welcome. Repair was efficiently completed to my satisfaction. His warm personality put me at ease when hiring an unkown tradesman. Will use his service again. Will use his service again.

Sunny responded quickly to my message regarding a leaking dishwasher. He was able to come and next day and quickly sorted out the problem. He recommended a replacement part which he ordered and returned to fit. The second visit was included in the call out charge. Clean, polite and professional. Highly recommended. Thank you.

This company and Sunny in particular, are excellent. Put the job on checkatrade late one evening, 7.30pm. Five minutes later Sunny rang offering to come around the next morning, did so, found the fault, ordered the part when the part came in rang again offering to come to our place the same day to fit all the while keeping me updated. Outstanding, would give 11 if I could.

Kept me informed as he was running bit late. Job well done. Pleased with the service.

Came to install a new dishwasher and take away our old one. Sunny was lovely and there was no fuss - would defo reccomend!

I have used SNK in the past and when my tenants had problems with their washing machine, I contacted SNK for a repair. Sunny was prompt to arrange time and come see the issue. Sonny suggested it would be more cost effective to replace the washing machine. He was able to source a new washing machine at a cheaper price than anything I could find online (including John Lewis) and installed it for me. Sonny had to climb 3 storeys (there are no lifts) but this was not a problem for him. Sunny is very polite and easy to deal with.He is very responsive on messages and kept me informed all the time.

Work was completed quickly and efficiently, came round within a couple of days and then came back as soon as the part that we needed had been delivered. Awesome service for the second time. Couldn't recommend enough.
