We used Levi to fit an air conditioning unit in our loft. Levi was very messy and left many holes in the walls. The air conditioning unit we have been using for heat and it is not working properly. We asked if he would come out and take a look as it was only a few months ago that it was fitted. Not only is he making up excuses that the unit is not working because of the weather but he is now asking for a £200 + VAT call out fee. Absolutely shocking customer service. We do not recommend his services.

Plays psychological games when asked to respond to a job he did for us. Then tries to charge us call out fee. It’s less than few months old and is a sub standard machine which he promised was the best.

Needed a kitchen tap replacing, Snug and Chill were super quick, efficient and professional which was really refreshing after our previous experience.

Have used snug and chill several times, they are very polite and efficient and do a proper job, I would always use them and really do recommend them
