Chris Hamblen replaced my hot water cylinder and immersion elements. He was very considerate, tidy, talked through every stage of the job explaining what he might have to do. He cleaned up every scrap of mess produced from the job - I couldn’t be more pleased with the result.

Had a boiler breakdown and some issues more generally with our CH system in December. Chris came out very promptly and got the boiler up and running in record time so we were still warm, then came back a couple of days later to change over a faulty TRV and bleed / fill the system. Everything all sorted and a much warmer house now - brilliant, would thoroughly recommend.

Chris at Snug Heating has 'saved' me on numerous occasions over the years, but he went way and above over Christmas 2025. I had no hot water and the immersion water heater was leaking on 23 December at about 9pm. I rang Chris and he was around at 8am Christmas Eve and fixed. Always EXCELLENT service. 100% recommend.

Chris kindly fitted us in although he clearly was very busy, fixed a couple of minor leaks Very happy with him and his work and would definitely use him again

Contacted Chris recently for the first time to do a boiler service and repair of the boiler. He ws able to attend within a few days. A spare part was ordered and fitted again very quickly. Excellent communication and service. Will definately be using Snug Heating again. Highly Recommend!

Recently had a problem with the kitchen tap and Chris at Snug Heating was so helpful and responsive. He’s been servicing and looking after our boilers for many years and has always done a sterling job! I couldn’t recommend him enough.
