Right from first contacting Snug Installations I received a first rate service. When the work was done the crew were polite, helpful and very efficient and tidy. The cherry picker arrived at the time I asked for and had departed within two hours. I could not have been more impressed by the work that was done.

Installation of multi fuel stove

Having been let down by another company, Snug Installations came on time to estimate the. Dan gave us some advice on the required output for our room and some suggestions on stove options, we were still free to choose what we wanted. Once we had chosen our stove the quotation was through the next day and we booked our installation. Dan turned up on time and completed within the quoted 2 days. Everything in the room was well protected and the work area kept clean and tidy. The finish to the chamber, hearth and plaster skim match into the existing plaster is excellent.
