Hearth widening and log burner installation

From start to finish this was a great experience. Kate was great communicating via e-mail for the initial visit and subsequent quotes and booking in the job, and Dan is a great tradesman to work with; he turned up when he said he would, did exactly what was agreed, within the quoted timeframe and all whilst minimising disruption to our home. Top notch work and all cleaned up afterwards. We also have a fairly reactive dog and both Dan and his assistant were very mindful of this. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone considering a multi-fuel/log burner.

Replacing gas fire

Both tradesmen were courteous, did the job well and quietly (no radios blaring out!) and cleaned up so my living room was spotless afterwards, they even took away the huge cardboard box my new fireplace had arrived in. 100% happy with their work and the way they worked, and would recommend to anyone needing a fireplace.

From procurement to installation it was a pleasure working with Snug Installations. Even me changing my mind midway in the planning stage, which meant a lot of more work for the guys didn't fuss anybody and my changes got fully taken on board and implemented. Snug Installations sourced all the material and the work was carried out with ease and professionalism in short period of time. The guys are very accurate and also very tidy. Could have not wished for a better team to do it. ....and more pleasing the stove works a treat. Thank You for a job well done.

Dan and his team were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning. He was always available by phone and promptly answered any questions I had, making the entire experience easy. On the day of the service, their cleanliness and efficiency were impressive, and the end result was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend them.

Believing I'd been ripped off by another company I asked Dan to have a look at my gas fire for a second opinion. He confirmed my thoughts and set about servicing my fire and correcting the cowboy work the previous firm had done. Excellent service and I now will definitely only use Dan going forward.

installation of an inset Log Burner

Before removal of the existing gas fire Dan came and discussed my proposal and options to replace it with a log burner. After removal of the gas fire Dan came again and and gave me a quote for the job, which was competitive against a second quote from an alternative local supplier. I am very happy with the way that both Dan and his assistant undertook the installation in a professional manner and would not hesitate in recommending Snug Installations.
